Drivers use their phones to make deliveries, capturing any shortages. As Cybake is entirely cloud-based, there is no need for error-prone data transfers between hand-held devices and head office. All data entered on the app is immediately visible to head office.
The driver can get proof of delivery either with signature capture or by taking a photo of the goods in situ. Either way, a proof of delivery document will be emailed to the client, showing exactly what was delivered.
