CyBake Touch
CyBake Touch is a revolutionary solution for retail bakers designed to reduce waste and increase profits by improving ordering quality, reducing time spent on daily ordering routines and improving communication between head office and retail outlets.
CyBake Touch runs on any Microsoft Windows-driven, touch-screen EPOS till and works alongside your current EPOS software. CyBake Touch is fully integrated with our CyBake bakery management system plus it also works with any other ERP/management system.
CyBake Touch now features a new Automated Orders function that generates its own suggested shop orders. For example, on short shelf-life products, the Automated Orders software may use an average of the last weeks' actual sales plus a percentage uplift to suggest what should be ordered for the following week. CyBake Touch consists of in store and head office modules
In-store
CyBake Touch sits on your existing EPOS touch-screen tills enabling orders, waste and deliveries to be entered in-store. This data is then transmitted to your head office in real time via broadband.
With CyBake Touch in-store you can:
- view and edit orders
- key-in waste, returns, and transfers
- enter deliveries and adjustments
- key-in stock takes
- view documents sent from head office
Head-office
With CyBake Touch at head-office, you can monitor all your outlets’ order and waste levels. All shop orders, adjustments, waste and stock figures can be checked and amended by your team. With an extensive range of sales and waste reports, it is easy to identify and improve poorly performing outlets and reward well performing stores.
With CyBake Touch at head-office you can:
- import sales data from EPOS
- display historical sales, waste, deliveries and stock data
- provide on-screen alerts for exceptional orders and waste
