When Robert McIlroy joined RedBlack, he already had a unique insight into our Cybake bakery management software.

As a consultant for Doncaster’s award-winning Topping Pie Company, he helped to implement the solution. Improved business controls, particularly in recipe-costing and purchasing, have been key to the firm’s performance.

Prior to that, Robert held various high-level roles at Cooplands (Doncaster) where part of his remit was overall management of the companies’ Cybake system. Robert also has a strong background in the hospitality sector as the long-time director of a large four star hotel.
