Food Matters Live conference report: “Waste not, want not”

We’ve posted a report on the recent Food Matters Live conference over on our Infood website. It highlights the big increase in focus on food waste and sustainability at this year’s event.
The report was written by John Prendergast, our sales and marketing exec for both CyBake and Infood. He looks at why waste is such a big issue right now and how it affects all food manufacturers. Plus he takes readers on a tour of some of the more exotic offerings that were on show.
As John says, you can find anything that can be ground into a powder in a gluten-free product nowadays. Even insects. And yes, he tried those too…
