Our Cybake Purchasing module means supplier price-rises will never catch you off-guard again. By raising purchase orders in Cybake, your preferred suppliers and recipe costings are automatically kept up to date, ensuring that you always have the latest information at your fingertips.

Goods-in tracking ensures that your suppliers meet all of your orders accurately. Cybake Purchasing tracks delivery costs and price changes and log deliveries of stock. Our invoice matching tool means that you never miss unexpected items on your invoice and only pay your suppliers for what you actually received.

Cybake Stock Control

Cybake Stock Control keeps a record of all of your internal and external stock transactions to enable you to track theoretical stock usage, to be compared against stock takes. Cybake then provides a stock variance, along with variance value, so you can see any discrepancies at a glance.

Stock valuation reports show you just how much money you have tied up in stores at any time, what your biggest and most expensive stock holdings are and when they expire. Cybake’s Stock module gives you more information than ever before about where your money ends up.
