Purchasing
CyBake's purchasing module allows you to create, print fax or email purchase orders directly to your supplier. When a purchase order is generated, all ingredient prices are updated automatically which in turn automatically updates your recipe costs. The purchasing module provides you with a deliveries-in screen and supplier-invoice matching tool ensuring you are billed for the correct products at the correct price.
Production planning
CyBake's production planning module enables you to plan your production, using historical production figures, standing and estimated orders and current finished stock levels.
Stock control of finished goods and ingredients is included along with purchasing and suggested ordering.
EDI
Processing your large multiple grocers' orders and invoices can be a time-consuming and frustrating process involving a with a lot of data duplication and manual entry. CyBake 3 automates the ordering and invoicing process by linking to your third-party EDI provider (Spectrum, Freeway etc).
Account management
CyBake’s account management module provides the tools necessary to manage your staff and external clients. CyBake's account management module includes:

Accounts Software interface
Link CyBake to an existing accounting package (Sage, Tas Books etc) to send all invoice/purchase transactions to your chosen ledgers.
Labelling Software interface
CyBake interfaces with your existing labelling software package (Bartender, Easy label etc). By linking with these systems, CyBake can dictate the content, type and quantity of labels required, eliminating a large part of the labelling process.
Website interface
CyBake 3 makes it possible to process any online purchases via your website directly through CyBake, eliminating the need to constantly monitor and update web orders. It also provides full stock and quantity listing, with automatic updates direct from CyBake to your website.
Marketing and management
Keep in touch with your customers and potential customers by generating, sending and monitoring mailshot campaigns. CyBake will create and distribute, personalised letters/emails and even SMS messages to your chosen targets to maximise existing client relationships and grow your customer base.
